Trident Digital Tech Holdings Ltd (NASDAQ: TDTH) entered into a collaboration agreement with the Democratic Republic of Congo to develop and implement a national e-government system.
Agreement Scope
The agreement covers the development of a comprehensive electronic government system incorporating blockchain technology, creation of a digital identity platform to manage citizen data and provide secure access to government services including business registration, land registries, immigration, civil registry, and digital payments.
A framework for a definitive implementation agreement has been established between both parties.
